Reiki is an ancient healing art rooted in the truth that our bodies are made up of energy or Chi. By summoning energy from the universe you are able to channel chi into your system, thereby feeding energy into your body, displacing any negative, stuck, disharmonious, sluggish energy with positive, renewed, increased, optimized, healthy energy, which in turn makes you feel charged and renewed.

Essential Reiki heals on the emotional, mental, physical and spiritual level. The healing possibilities are endless. Reiki energy has its own intelligence and will flow to the areas that you need it the most.

Another powerful truth and benefit to Reiki is that as “The Secret” and “The Law of the Universe” state what we are thinking about is what we are creating in our life situations. By becoming attuned to Reiki you are increasing/boosting your manifesting abilities by increasing your mind power. Thus you are able to manifest things faster in your life.

I teach the Usui method of Reiki. There are several levels of Reiki to learn and channel. With each level of Reiki attained, your channel of Reiki (Life Force Energy/Chi) becomes stronger, raising your own vibrational frequency level. Anyone can learn Reiki. All that is required is the will to want to learn and become attuned. Reiki is the best gift you could give to yourself and others. Once attuned, it is with you for the rest of your life.

Reiki training classes last four to six hours. I offer one on one training or small groups.
